Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) is the Indonesian sovereign wealth fund with the aim to maximise economic impact, grow wealth and set the foundations for sustainable development for the country’s future generations. We are run by independent financial and investment professionals where government cash and equity will be invested alongside the funds of leading global and domestic institutional investors, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds for optimal risk-adjusted returns.

INA manages an initial government committed capital of $5 billion which will be invested through the following types of funds:

• Master Fund: Focuses on investments in growth and mature assets in a wide range of sectors that possess a strong development angle for the Republic of Indonesia.
• Thematic Funds and Platforms: Various sector-specific funds and platforms that respectively invest in select industries that are of strategic importance to the country.

In May 2021, INA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to invest in a toll platform worth $3.75 billion alongside the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, APG and CDPQ. Moreover, INA has signed multiple cooperation agreements to explore investment with leading local and global investors. In the near and medium terms, INA will be investing in key growth sectors, namely in physical and digital infrastructures, healthcare services, renewable, and energy.
