Sovereign wealth funds are an important part of their countries’ macroeconomic framework. At a time when their governments are having to provide substantial support to prevent a major depression brought on by the lockdown necessitated by the Covid-19 pandemic, the role of these institutions is being examined. In an exclusive webcast, convened by the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds (IFSWF), the official membership organisation for sovereign wealth funds, we will hear how three sovereign wealth funds, with different mandates and situations, are dealing with the challenges they face.
